What to expect
Let’s Unpack It.
Every Hey, Becky! session is 100% private, confidential, and held in a safe, judgment-free space. You can expect straight talk—clear, unfiltered, and grounded guidance rooted in Psychology, trauma-informed insight, and hard-earned life experience. I won’t just be regurgitating lessons out of a textbook.
You and your life are not a textbook.
I’ll bring compassion to our call, along with blunt honesty, a lot of humor (sometimes crass), and a whole lot of real talk. This isn’t a filtered consultative experience with generic tips and tricks—I’m going to work with you in the only way I know how: by being fully, unapologetically myself.
What does that mean? I’ll share my lived experiences with you—raw details when appropriate and when they apply to our conversation. I’m honest to a fault. I’m not embarrassed about my life—I’ve learned far too much to see it as anything other than a calling to help people like you.
I’m expressive, I use a lot of colorful and well-timed language, I interrupt when needed, and I’ll likely ask you unexpected, blunt questions that might make you pause or blush—but I’ll always do it with care, purpose, and the intention of bringing clarity to your dilemma.
When it comes to being your consultant, my ADHD isn’t a distraction—it’s a superpower. Getting diagnosed was a reintroduction to myself, and it gave context to so many patterns, pain points and personal insecurities that had been misread and misunderstood for far too long.
It was the “Ah-ha!” moment that became my fuel to not only have far more compassion for myself, but a fire grew in me, knowing that I can help others connect some of those same dots in their lives. I want to help others see themselves with fresh and forgiving eyes.
I’ll also share my insights into how your own actions may be impacting the situation. I will never sugarcoat what you need to hear. While many of us have been on the receiving end of undeserved harm or painful life circumstances, the truth is, we often contribute to our dilemmas in ways we don’t fully see. I believe wholeheartedly that accountability—when it’s appropriate—is essential to healing. Without insight into our own patterns, self-limiting beliefs, and behaviors, lasting change isn’t just unlikely, it’s impossible.
You’re 100% free to be yourself here. Say what you need to say. Ask what you need to ask. Nothing is off-topic, too taboo, too awkward, or too messy. Nothing about you or your life is “too much.”
I see you.
If you’re ready for honest advice, clarity, and a different kind of support—you’ve found your place.
Say Hey, Becky! And schedule your call today.
